Yoga Teacher Training provides a systematic understanding of yoga practices and the method of teaching yoga. Yoga is not just postures. It is complete science to be understood thoroughly before one opts for teaching. Yoga Teachers Training opens unique dimensions for learning techniques of teaching yoga.

After completion of this Yoga Teachers Training course, the students will become Yoga Teachers. They will be able to teach yoga anywhere in the world. In Yoga Teachers Training you will learn more than 10,000-year-old art & science of Yoga, essence of scriptures, Secrets of eight fold yoga, and Yoga on physical, energetic, mental & emotional levels. These are important practices for Yoga Teachers taught by the Enlightened masters with proven track records. Students will gain basic knowledge of how to relieve over 48 diseases through various yoga techniques. You will become a Certified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

- Teaching methodology, Principles of demonstration, observation, assisting/correcting, instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher, and the student's process of learning.

- Anatomy and Physiology, includes both physical Anatomy and Physiology (bodily systems, organs, etc.) and astral/energy/subtle Anatomy and Physiology (Chakras, Nadis, etc.)
- Yoga Philosophy and Lifestyle, Study of Yoga Scriptures (Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, etc.), ethics for yoga teachers, 'living the life of the Yogi', etc.
- Practicum, includes student teaching at school as well as observing and assisting in classes taught by others.

Guidelines & Rules for participants
The rules should be followed so as to get the maximum benefit of this program and environment which can make your experience enjoyable.
- No friends, relatives are allowed to stay with participants without prior permission.
- In case of health problems, administrator will help and refer to medical doctor. Treatment required during the course will have to be managed by medical experts on your own.
- Visitors are not allowed, except for visiting hours. visiting hours 2 to 3pm.
- Children can stay with their parents, but a prior permission is necessary.
- For getting the best results from practice of yoga, course schedule, diet etc may change. Participants are requested to adjust to this environment respectfully.
- Participants must follow the timetable.
- After the admission, participants should seek permission for leaving the campus. In case of emergency, written permission from the Course Coordinator is required.
- Participants must attend all sessions, Lectures and all other activities.
- Please don't bring valuables.
- If you are unwell, please contact the Medical Officer immediately.
- Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, steroids, narcotics are strictly not allowed in/around the Campus.
- You can bring your medicines and continue personal treatment, but it is advisable to inform about your ailment & treatment to the Doctor or your class teacher.
- We can get you help for train reservations or flight reservations or accommodations etc. for the convenience of participant's only.
- Necessary food arrangements are made in the institute and no external food is allowed. In case you want to bring your food in the campus, it should also be vegetarian. (The food in the institute is strictly vegetarian)
- Course Coordinator/Management reserves the right to enforce requisite/additional rules, if any required for mutual benefits.

- Clothing - Loose & comfortable clothes for summer & warm for winter. Note - You are kindly requested to wear T-shirts / shirts (covering shoulders) and long pants(below knees).
- Miscellaneous - Your own medicines & personal toiletries.
- Yoga Mats – Please bring your own mats, but if required we can assist you in purchasing a mat.
Meals
- We provide pure vegetarian food in accordance with the yoga life style; the food is non spicy. Daily diet consists of seasonal fruits.
Facilities in Indore Campus :
- 6 Acres campus is beautiful and under progress in Indore City (M.P.) India. It attracts students from all over the world to carry on with studies and build their future.
- WiFi with limited computer availability. Some time internet access gets interrupted due to BSNL company lines problems, which is beyond our control.
- Canteen: with cozy atmosphere provides pure vegetarian food. It is part of Indian Yoga Tradition that food is taken as prashad(divine receiving)
- Gardens: Except summer Most of the time of year greenery welcomes, inspires and gives greater health. Few gardens are proposed and being constructed, with the expected completion time March 2012.
- Yoga Halls/Spaces : We have three yoga spaces, one is approximately 3000 sq.ft. another is approx. 2500 sq.ft. and third is under construction with 10,000 sq.ft. This 10,000 sq.ft. hall's platform and partial roof is completed and is under construction for Yoga, Meditation, Satsang, etc.. This will cater to needs of the students and society at large.
- Along with yoga hall 22 rooms are also under planning to be constructed. Expected completion date for this hall is March 2012.
- Hospital cum guest house : Within our campus there is a beautiful neat and clean granite and marble building, extending hands for health and happiness to the needy. Nearby few outdoor patients visit in the morning hours from 10am to 12 noon. The treatments are done on charitable basis at nominal fees. This building has consulting chambers, 5 Guest rooms with western toilets and bathroom.
- There are Meditation Pyramids and natural meditation huts.
- Health Check- up : Health check up are available at very nominal cost.
- Library: Traditional library with series of books in Hindi, Sanskrit and English both in the shelves and on line from the vast ocean of knowledge are available for our students.
- Computers : are available with limited access.
- Research: Students are encouraged to take up unique yoga mini research projects to help betterment of mankind.
- Personality Development Program : Optional : under this various professional techniques are available to help students to become owners of profound and pleasant personalities which leads to greater success in their lives.
- Language Grooming: Hindi/Sanskrit are very rich languages. Our students are encouraged to learn basics. These classes are given upon request and with extra charges. They have not been offered
- Total Health for all : Yoga, Meditation, and other sports facilities are available to boost students health.
- Management : With vast experience to teach, have shaped lives of thousands of students who have achieved their dreams and are rendering valuable services to the society.
- Buildings : A new hostel is under construction. Up to plinth level new hostel building is complete. We regret for the inconvenience.
- Uniform : A Dress Code is in place for unity in diversity and total progress. White T shirts /Top or white yoga dress is recommended. Ladies can take orange dupatta (scarf). Low neck or sleeves less shirts are not advisable.
- Discipline: Without discipline no one can get desired success. Students are always advised to follow the discipline in each field of their lives. In Indian traditions for greetings Boy and Girls should not hug and namaste is recommended.
- Boys and Girls Hostel/Dorm : As per Traditional studies, during studies and stay in campus boys and girls live separately and follow the standard rules.
- Boys are NOT ALLOWED to enter in girls rooms/dorms to maintain privacy and yogic tradition of Tapa/Sadhana and vice-versa.
- Water: Filtered Water is provided to students on campus.
- Cleanliness: We do maintain cleanliness, and all students are advised to help in maintaining the same.
- Education Tour/Picnic: Ways are discovered for rejuvenating, re-energizing and enjoying the life. This can be planned by the students in spare timings. But normally during studies it is difficult to spare time.
- Weather : Indore is situated on the Malwa Plateu. Its weather is hot during May/Jun. a detailed weather graph can be seen at

- Gaushala: Cow is very sacred because of its divine nature. Every part of life of cow is full of dedication and devotion. Cow is also like our mother who nourishes our lives with selfless service. We have separate buildings which house sacred cows. You may enjoy and experience Cow's milk in your intake which is total diet.
- Old Age Home: There is one old age home in the campus. A few old age people are living there. These facilities are provided to old aged free of cost.
