Wear athletic or yoga gear. A warm outer layer over a lighter inner layer is helpful.

Bring a yoga mat & towel. If you do not have one, we have mats & towels for rent ($1 each).

Come at least 15 minutes early for your first class.

Please do not wear any strong perfumes

Avoid smoking before coming to class

Allow 3 - 4 hours digestion after a large meal.
Allow 1 - 2 hours digestion after a small meal

Don't force yourself into any of the postures. Listen to your body.

Practicing three times per week is the minimum if you want to see progress.
More is better.

Be consistent. Don't judge yourself. Have patience. Have fun.

If you have any special medical conditions please inform the teacher before you begin.

If you are late please join the class without disturbing others.
