During winter : We recommend, sit on the floor
in a clam & quite place in easy posture in which you
can sit for a while. You can take support of pillow
or wall, but make sure your neck, spine and head are
straight.
Hands on your knees or on your lap.
Close your eyes.
Relax your face, forehead, and entire body & also try
to relax your forehead from inside.
Bring smile on your face.
Start breathing : Deep inhale and deep exhale
with both the nostrils. Bring all your awareness on
your breathing.The more deeper inhale/exhale, you will
feel more pleasure and joy within you.
Do this for about 2~5minutes & then bow down and try
to touch the floor with prayer to mother earth to take
away your fales ego and stress.
